  • How to reload (Top-Up) your Tag
    (Tag Reload or Top-Up)
  • 1. Visit any of the following outlets (ASAN service centers, 45th km on the Baku-Guba Russian highway,
    M1 Plaza Yashma, Gilazi, Siyazan, Gendov, Guba, SDK)     - Make a cash payment and provide your vehicle license plate number 2. Go to M1 Homepage www.tollroad.az > Information > RFID Tag Reload - Login with your registered user ID and password that was used to issue your Tag - Select the tag to reload or top-up from the tag selection and pay with a credit card or other authorized payment method

  • In case of a defective taPoor tag recognition problem Visit any of the following outlets (ASAN service centers, 45th km on the Baku-Guba Russian highway,
    M1 Plaza Yashma, Gilazi, Siyazan, Gendov, Guba, SDK)     - Make a cash payment and provide your vehicle license plate number In case of a damaged tag due to an accident or any other mishaps Visit any of the following outlets (ASAN service centers, 45th km on the Baku-Guba Russian highway,
    M1 Plaza Yashma, Gilazi, Siyazan, Gendov, Guba, SDK)     - Request a refund and follow the instructions In case you no longer need the Tag Visit any of the following outlets (ASAN service centers, 45th km on the Baku-Guba Russian highway,
    M1 Plaza Yashma, Gilazi, Siyazan, Gendov, Guba, SDK)     - Complete the refund application form and follow the provided instruction Or, please go to M1 Homepage www.tollroad.az > Information > RFID Tag Reload - Login with your registered user ID and password that was used to issue your Tag - Request a refund and follow the instructions

  • Using a toll booth attendant -Provide your vehicle license plate number - Toll booth attendant will input your entry data Using the ETCS and MLFF - Toll plaza operator will record your entry data from a ANPR image
  • At an entrance lane
  • Using a toll booth attendant - Provide your vehicle license plate number - Toll booth attendant will check your entry data to collect an accurate toll payment amount - In the event no entry data is available, your toll payment can be collected at a later date Using the ETCS and MLFF - Toll plaza operator will use a ANPR image to collect an accurate toll payment amount - It may result in your toll payment amount adjustment
